"Awsome staff!! Dana was excellent, always there when I needed her. I was with them for many years. I got a new truck and unfortunately their price was way too high. I hated to leave but just couldn't pay what they quoted me for. As far as customer service goes Dana was 5 stars and I will recommend her. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service."

"I called for an auto quote, I paid for the full policy, the documents were issued with my incorrect information and I refused to sign and asked for the corrected information. I was told to sign and it would be corrected later. I refused and requested policy to cancel since they say it couldn't be fixed until after underwriting. I received emails and later stating they were still waiting on me to sign. I called and verified if the cancellation was processed and was told yes. I received another letter stating they were still waiting, and was told again, th3 cancellation was processed. Finally, I received a new declaration page with thr increase premium.
How many times does it take to call and who specifically do I need to speak with me because the wires are getting crossed somewhere and I need my refunded payment ASAP, it has been over 30 days."
