"I've been a customer of Sue Crowe's for over 30+ years. I cancelled one of my insurance policies on July 13th by calling State Farm's corporate number as July 13th fell on the weekend. I called Sue Crowe's office on Monday July 15th to verify that they received notification of the cancellation, which was confirmed. Because I canceled my insurance on July 13th and my autopay came out on 7/15/25 I was told I would receive a reimbursement check for the premium payment, which I never received. When I called on Friday, August 8th to inquire where my reimbursement check was, I was told they would look into it and get back with me. I received a call on Monday, August 11th informing me that I would not be reimbursed for the premium payment which covers from July 15th to August 15th. By keeping the premium payment for insurance on the motorcycle that I no longer own is not only fraudulent but is also conversion. It is illegal to charge customers for a policy which was cancelled prior to the autopay, the motorcycle was sold and not be reimbursed."
